The Ford Mustang is back for another year and better than ever. This iconic sports car demands attention and begs to be driven. Mustang’s reputation as one of the top affordable performance cars has been well established for more than 55 years. Check out these features that let you experience the power of a Ford Mustang.

Available Trims

You can slide behind the wheel of six different trims for the 2021 Ford Mustang lineup. These include EcoBoost, EcoBoost Premium, GT, GT Premium, Mach 1, and Shelby GT500. No matter which trim you choose, you’ll enjoy features such as keyless entry and ignition, a Wi-Fi hot spot, rain-sensing wipers, and a line lock that locks the front wheels to let you do drag-strip burnouts. There’s also plenty of driver assistance features, including forward collision mitigation, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, lane-keeping assist, and automatic high beams.

Power and Performance

You decide how much power you want to pack based on trim level and engines available. The EcoBoost has a 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that produces up to 310 horsepower. You can add the 2.3-liter High-Performance package to either EcoBoost trim to increase your horsepower to 332. On the GT trims, you get a 5.0-liter V-8 that delivers up to 460 horsepower. Ford brought back the Mach 1 for the 2021 model year, which puts out 80 horsepower. A 5.2-liter supercharged cross-plane crank V-8 powers the Shelby GT2500, producing a whopping 760 horsepower.
