2020 EcoSport: S Versus SE

Engine and Performance
The EcoSport S and EcoSport SE are equipped with a 1.0-liter EcoBoost engine. An optional 2.0-liter I-4 engine is also available. The standard transmission on both models is a six-speed SelectShift automatic. Front-wheel drive is standard with four-wheel drive available as an option. Both the S and the SE have an amazing fuel efficiency of 27 mpg in the city and 29 mpg on the highway.
Interior Features
Both the S and SE models are equipped with an AM/FM radio, MP3 player, six-speaker audio system, Wi-Fi hotspot, and FordPass Connect. The S features SYNC, while the SE moves up to SYNC 3 and an 8-inch touch screen display. Cargo room is ample in both the S and SE models. In addition to the standard cargo tie-downs found on the S, the SE also has an adjustable cargo shelf. The S is equipped with single-zone manual air conditioning while the SE features electronic automatic temperature control. The SE also features a power moonroof with sunshade.
Safety
The S and SE have many safety features in common including advanced air bags, LATCH, SOS Post-Crash Alert System, Emergency Brake Assist System, a rearview camera, and AdvanceTrac. The SE also has a windshield wiper de-icer, a reverse sensing system, intelligent access, and push-button start.

The 2021 Bronco Is On The Way
The Ford Bronco is coming back with a whole new design and the best of modern technology. The Bronco is an iconic SUV of the past. Throughout the years, there’s been speculation about a redesigned Bronco; finally, we are about to see its debut. Here are some of the updated features you can expect to see in the new 2021 Ford Bronco.
Size and Chassis.
The 2021 Bronco is going to be released as more of a mid-sized SUV, compared to the full-sized SUV model of early generations. The Bronco is expected to be built on the Ford Ranger chassis. You can expect to see the new Bronco sold in both two-door and four-door configurations. There is also a Bronco Sport that is said to be released shortly after the full-sized Bronco. The Sport will be built using the Ford Escape chassis.
Engine and Power.
We expect that the new 2021 Bronco will be equipped with a 2.3-liter turbocharged four-cylinder as its base engine. It has yet to be disclosed as to what all the engine options will be or their power ratings, but based on what is currently offered in the Ranger, we presume they will have similar engine options. A V-6 and a hybrid drivetrain should be in the range of powertrain options.
So keep an eye out for updates as the expected release date gets closer. Ford has yet to disclose the actual release date of the new Bronco, but we suspect more teasers coming in the near future.

Ford is releasing a new generation of their SYNC infotainment wireless connectivity software, and with it, a ton of great new features and updates. Here are two big reasons to look forward to Fords SYNC 4 release.
Over-The-Air Technology.
The earlier generations of SYNC software needed to be updated via a Wi-Fi connection or a pre-loaded USB drive. The new SYNC 4 software will make updates automatic. The intent of Ford is to make these updates happen without you noticing them. The system will download and install the updates in the background. When it is ready to launch, the new update should start up seamlessly. The new SYNC 4 will also have better cloud connectivity, making Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Sync AppLink cordless and far more efficient.
Bigger Better Screens.
SYNC 4 is designed for touchscreen displays. The new model cars will have screen sizes ranging from 8 inches to 15.5 inches. The view of apps can be dropped into multitask windows, letting you see more than one function at a time. Programs and functions that you use regularly will become small dash cards at the bottom of the screen. These dash cards are small widgets that allow you to control those features, without pulling it up into full screen.
The new infotainment software by Ford is a huge upgrade from their past versions of SYNC technology. With upgraded graphics, cloud access, and over-the-air technology, we are excited to see how the new SYNC 4 holds up over time.
