What Is Ford Co-Pilot360 Technology? Simply put, the Co-Pilot360Ā is a comprehensive collection of advanced driving assistance systems (ADAS) offered by Ford. The driver assistance features include forward collision warning with pedestrian detection, blind-spot warning with rear cross-traffic alert, and lane-keeping assist. Automatic forward emergency braking, lane departure warning, reversing camera, and automatic high beam headlights round out the features. What Are the Assist+ Upgrades and Enhancements? You can further upgrade your driver assistance features by moving up to Ford Co-Pilot360 Assist+, which is available on select models. This technology includes speed limit sign recognition, lane centering assistance, evasive steering assistance, and intelligent adaptive cruise control with stop and go capability. Ford also offers Ford Active Park Assist 2.0 that adds an automatic reverse braking function and will assist the driver in parallel parking. Finally, Ford upgrades the Co-Pilot360 to a 2.0 version on select new models, adding road edge detection, intersection assist, and blind-spot assist. The 2022 Ford Maverick is a small pickup truck that is joining the segment's lineup this year.
